Great list, Britt. Also just wanted to add a couple of resources from TechSoup:
ReplyDeleteVolunteers and Technology forum hosted by Jayne Cravens and Erin Barhardt from Idealist.
Donate Your Brain blog for quick and easy ways to donate your tech knowledge.
These are great! Thanks, Megan!
ReplyDeleteGreat info, Britt, as usual!
ReplyDeleteVolunteermatch.org is a great organization that you likely are aware of, bringing together volunteers with organizations in need of help in such an efficient way. It is such an amazing and inspiring site. I blogged about them a while back: http://twsblog.wordpress.com/2008/06/12/amazing-find-for-volunteer-wannabees-and-organizations-in-need/
Anyway, on the search page, they actually have a check-off box for virtual volunteering.
Here's the direct link:
http://www.volunteermatch.org/search/
There were over 200 virtual volunteer opportunities when I just searched it!
While folks are there, they'll want to check out all the inspiring stories featured about giving of one's time and one's skills and the wonderful opportunity the experience turns out to be for the volunteer. You know Having Fun Doing Good! True enough!
Keep up the great work!

Time Well Spent
Thanks, Nancy!
ReplyDeleteI was diagnosed as HEPATITIS B carrier in 2013 with fibrosis of the
ReplyDeleteliver already present. I started on antiviral medications which
reduced the viral load initially. After a couple of years the virus
became resistant. I started on HEPATITIS B Herbal treatment from
ULTIMATE LIFE CLINIC (www.ultimatelifeclinic.com) in March, 2020. Their
treatment totally reversed the virus. I did another blood test after
the 6 months long treatment and tested negative to the virus. Amazing
treatment! This treatment is a breakthrough for all HBV carriers.
