We started with some structured networking, and then shared changeblogging tips, resources, and success stories. My favorite story came from an organization who had a frequent, angry commenter who disagreed with their cause. They engaged with him, and in the end he became a member of their organization. To me, that is a quintessential example of why nonprofits should embrace comments, rather than fear them.
