Have You Called Your Grandma Lately?

I called my grandma today just 'cause she's awesome, and because I was moved by Kimberly Wilson's post i heart my gramma about her 99-year-old grandma's transition into hospice care.

If you have a special older person in your life, why not give them a call, or send them a card today?  I'm sure they'll appreciate it, and you can tell them how much you love them.
